About Us

The Experience is a quintet that came together in 2021, fusing Spiritual and Afro-Jazz music under the leadership of founder Zii Wacho. This ensemble brings together talented musicians with the goal of providing solace, inspiration, and encouragement through their performances.

General Information

Band Access & Preparation

• Load-in and setup: 4 hours before doors open
• Soundcheck: 2 hours before doors open
• Load-out: 1 hour after the show

Installation & Balance

• 1-hour soundcheck
• Access to the venue for setup and soundcheck

Band Reception

• Reserved parking for band vehicles
• Venue contact person to coordinate arrival and load-in

General Information

Dressing Rooms

• Secure dressing room for 5 people with seating, mirrors, and power outlets

Catering

• Bottled water, hot and cold beverages
• Light meal or snack for 4 people

Video and Photography

• Permission for official band photographer/videographer to capture content
• No flash photography during the performance

Accommodation

• If overnight stay is required, 3 double rooms in a hotel with Wi-Fi and breakfast
